Plan a safe, clear handoff
- Share the town or ZIP code, approximate square footage, and project type.
- Confirm trades are finished and the space is ready for cleaning.
- Walk through surfaces, access, water and electricity availability, and target date.
- Agree on the included checklist and any exclusions before booking.
Construction waste hauling, hazardous materials, paint removal, high-access work, and specialty floor treatments are excluded unless separately assessed and agreed in writing.
