Information you may provide

When you request a quote, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, requested service, town or ZIP code, approximate home or workspace size, preferred timing, and any message you choose to send.

Please do not send payment card details, passwords, door or alarm codes, or sensitive personal information through the quote form.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, discuss the requested cleaning, prepare an estimate, and arrange or provide service if you choose to book. We do not sell inquiry or customer information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify, and its quote form uses Netlify Forms to receive and store submissions for Pristine Cleaning. We may use email and phone providers to communicate with you. We share information only with providers needed to operate the website or communicate with you, or when the law requires it. We do not permit service providers to use inquiry information for their own advertising.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to this website, including pages viewed, general device and browser information, and how visitors find the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers. We do not send quote-form field values to Google Analytics, and our analytics tag excludes query strings and fragments from the page address it reports. Google signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled in our tag.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests that do not lead to service for up to 12 months, then delete them. We keep customer and payment records only as long as reasonably needed to manage service and meet legal or tax recordkeeping requirements. We periodically review and delete records that are no longer needed.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete information you sent us by emailing pristinecleaning.or@gmail.com. We will respond and honor requests where required or reasonably possible, while retaining records when needed for legal, safety, or business obligations.

Security and contact
